Return and Exchange Policy
At Saltie, we aim to provide you with premium products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange option as per the following terms:
Returns
1. Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Process:
- To initiate a return, email us at hello@clubsaltie.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return.
- Once the return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
- Quality Check: After we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. Only items that meet our return criteria will be approved for a refund. If the item fails the quality check, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be provided.
- Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a Saltie Gift Card with a validity of 6 months from the date of issue. The gift card is non-refundable and can only be used at our online store.
3. Return Fee:
A nominal return fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your gift card amount.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your order for size, color, or a different item of the same value, subject to availability.
- The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined in the return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
Other Conditions
- Saltie reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the policy.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
